Customer Due Diligence

Before any service can be activated, all customers must satisfactorily complete our customer due diligence process. This is a legal requirement and is conducted in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering Policy.

Required Documents

Individuals

• Photo ID: Valid passport or UK driving licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months (not a mobile phone bill)

Companies

• Company Name: Full registered company name
• Company Number: Companies House registration number
• Director Information: Full name and proof of identity for each director
• Registered Address: Confirmation of current registered office address

Verification Process

All applications go through the following verification steps before a service is activated:

1. Application Submitted
   Customer submits a waiting list or service application including full contact details.
2. Identity Verification
   Customer provides government-issued photo ID. We verify the document is valid and matches the application details.
3. Address Verification
   Customer provides proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months.
4. Company Verification
   Where applicable, company details are verified against the Companies House register.
5. Approval
   Once all documents have been reviewed and approved, the customer is notified by email.
6. Address Activation
   The business address service is activated and the customer receives confirmation with full address details.

Acceptable Document Formats

• Clear scanned copies or high-quality photographs of original documents
• Documents must be fully legible and unobstructed
• PDF, JPEG or PNG formats accepted
• Documents must be in date and not expired

Data Protection

All documents and personal information collected for identity verification are processed and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Verification documents are retained for a minimum of five years from the end of the business relationship.
